In case of any discrepancies between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will prevail.

Sub-letting the vehicle or allowing unauthorized drivers is not allowed. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden. Ensure the vehicle is used within its design specifications, respecting passenger and weight limits. Traveling outside the agreed geographical area requires prior approval.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and extra fees.
8. Liability Limits

Our total liability for any claims will be limited to the amount you paid for the rental in the past 12 months.
